Well technically it was yesterday, but yup! Twenty-four now...gosh I'm old. I went with some friends to Chinatown and then we played some pool...they're at a bar right now, wish I could've went but I have to take care of an eviction tomorrow.
I hated those tenants anyway...well except for the one girl, she was cute, and the only responsible one in the house.
Oh well, you lose and win in this game...hahah

So I dreamt this dreamt let me try to put it all together.
I checked this website on my sidekick that was the Fort minor We major site. It had a contest or well opportunity to win $1000 by test driving a audi I think....@ a home depot.
So I go do it. Drama hits, I meet my tenants somehow, they're blazed out of their minds.
For some reason I had to pay $92 for the test drives (I took 3 apparently). I got back $50.
Then the whole thing switched to an orgy or some kind in someones rich kitchen. I had no participation in any of it I swear.
Cut back to me paying for the 3 test drives. Met a friend who was running the thing. He smiled and thanked for me the help and then I wake up.
Odd, but I atleast get closure on adream finally.

Have I ever mentioned how much I love my sidekick II? Its ridicilously awesome! I browse the web update my dusty ass blogs chat on aim....heck I even check my bank accounts on it. Love it!
Things are things like things its everything. Life is good, living thru it, but we don't just live we survive it.
I'm making more friends now that I'm away from the internet so much which is good...but I haven't forgotten anyone I've met from LJ...
Shout to mah future lawyer Bishi_shinta! Heehee.
Christmas comes soon and it comes with memories. Things coming full circle once again. Time to break out the letters! Who wants christmas cards??
Hahaha alright I need my 4 hrs of sleep if I'm gonna be somewhat a zombie today....I swear I'm sufferin from stress related insomnia.........lata allllllll!

Gah, when did I change my settings to that? Oh well comments are back on, I was wondering what was up. Not that I expected any comments ^_^
I'm all moved into my new apartment and my roommate should be moving in later on. My room is so much smaller with my bed in there. I'll post pictures eventually, but highly unlikely...I'm too lazy~! But the room is so oddly set up. I can't have curtains...let me say that again it's not that I don't WANT them, I CAN'T have them. The windows are about 10 ft tall and to block out any light I have the close the doors on them.

My windows have doors, DOORS!
I have to get a chimney inspector in sometime soon to see if I can use the fireplace. I soooo want to get it working! ...hmm I'm gonna have to change the set up of my room around again. Maybe I should make with the pictures.
Anyway my room is pretty unique, lets see how long I can take care of it heh.
Oh...and the Eagles got blown out. I'm sad :(

| Tumbling like a dryer |

A very busy last two months, and it's not slowing down like it should! Well, I moved out of my parents house, and now at one of my father's rentals. A very nice six bedroom house, I wish we had enough people to stay here though. The living room oh you would not believe. Le sigh...
But we're moving next door to another, a nice two bedroom my room has a nice pseudo-maghony wood fireplace/mantle. I should be moving my stuff sometime tomorrow.
Oh! I also belong to several Drexel asian organizations now. TUSA (Taiwan), JUSA (Japanese), ASA (Asian, and FISDU (Filipino) so I'm going to get to meet a lot of folks and do a lot of things. So far the filipinos are very nice! Tomorrow is the japanese meeting yaay.
I hope I finish studying soon so I can take my real estate exam...
Much more has happened but we won't get into it :)

I enrolled and had my first day at Real estate practice today. It's suppose to be a 40 hour program I think just enough for me to take the licensing test.
It went well...the people in there are pretty cool, and I love the teacher.

I just got done watching the Mai-Hime series. Just a bit like FMA, just shorter, and a whole lot of death Great series, I'd suggest it for anyone who wants a good anime to watch...
And for some ungodly known reason I'm downloading the Tsubasa Chronicles. CLAMP is running way much out of ideas, as so my friend tells me. But I don't know much about the series...so I'll download and if I like it who knows? CLAMP's evil clutches my take a strangle hold over my wallet x_x
La la...nothing else to talk about...la la.

Downloading anime, leeching internet. Gosh I love my job! XD
No really though this is an awesome job, in part that its pretty lax, and Master Tony is an incredible guy. I'm really glad I got to meet him!
Life has been "eeeh" I got into a car accident with a car that my dad has insured. Since my father already has bills piled high I'm taking it upon myself so as to ensure his insurance rate doens't go up. I have to cough up $1200 by next week. I ain't scared though nope...this isn't anything I can't handle :)
Right now I'm looking into Temple's Real Estate program. That or I'll hook up with Wiechert. Yeah that "Yellow" sign. Anywho! I'm gonna go back to whatever and finish this update!

I found out something very interesting today, the language of my people, the same one that is dying and will be dead (as they say) in a century or so is that of the DioJui/Teochui/Teochew/Chiuchow People. I'm doing my best to gathering as much information about it as I can. So as I don't go through life not knowing who and where I've come from, or where my family and what they went through.
Also today is Chinese New Year: Year of the Rooster! My Animal! All those born in the following years are Roosters too: 1921, 1933, 1945, 1957, 1969, 1981, 1993, 2005.
Here is just a bit about Roosters:
People born in the Year of the Rooster are deep thinkers, capable, and talented. They like to be busy and are devoted beyond their capabilities and are deeply disappointed if they fail. People born in the Rooster Year are often a bit eccentric, and often have rather difficult relationship with others. They always think they are right and usually are! They frequently are loners and though they give the outward impression of being adventurous, they are timid. Rooster people's emotions like their fortunes, swing very high to very low. They can be selfish and too outspoken, but are always interesting and can be extremely brave. They are most compatible with Ox, Snake, and Dragon.
